Now that you own your piece of paradise you need to hire someone to watch it and maintain it while you are away. We offer services that include paying your watchman, assigning tasks to your workers, and providing materials needed for work requested by you. We also offer our expertise in building on the island, which contractor to select, who has the best prices and quality. We provide weekly reports with photos of construction while it is in progress. We will also make any tax payments or pay other bills that come due when you are not here. For all of these services, we offer a way to transfer monies with minimum expense and delay and keep you up to date with monthly Statements of Account.
