experience in business (50 to 500 employees) and residential services. Our
rates are very reasonable and our work is professional. With experience in
Windows Server NT, 2003, Exchange, SQL and SAN (Storage Area Networks)
will work in your favor. Internet Web Design, Cisco Routers, and various
manufacturers of computer hardware, network hardware and software and WiFi
equipment and installation/configuration presents no problems. We deliver the freshest technologies available and are in tune to what's hot and what's not.
Our reputation, experience, and keen industry insight permit us to negotiate the lowest possible prices
from suppliers and on the Net. Our main coverage area is the Eastern half
of Roatan or the Santos Guardiola District. We will travel to the West End
with proper travel time charges. Most computer issues as well as
networking issues can be resolved in a couple of hours.
Our Rates are as follows:
In House Repair Services:
$15.00 an hour (you bring to
my location)
At your location:
Residential: $25.00 an hour
(includes travel time to location)
Commercial: $35.00 an hour
(includes travel time to location)
No charge if I cannot fix
it. I do charge if diagnosed but customer chooses not to fix
Special customer requirements
for Networking
installation and setup, server setup and configuration, equipment
specification and procurement, WiFi setup and installation are done on a
as needed basis and or per contract.
There are a lot of issues that can
be addressed via the internet and remote administration or just
by phone call to trouble diagnose and repair. In these situations the charge will
be handled on a per customer basis and or contract.
